TRX MAPS
As another masterpiece of TRX company, TRX MAPS body scanner can test users'various physical fitness indices in the simplest way to help coaches establish more targeted long-term training programs.
"MAPS" stands for the initials of four English words: Mobility, activation, posture and symmetry.
The device has a high-resolution motion capture and restore computer and touch screen operation display. The dynamic motion capture device is used to capture and analyze vertical squat with raised hand motion, frame by frame, so as to get the results of the body's motion function test, including the flexibility of the main joints (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee), the motion range control of the joints, motion posture control and body symmetry which are important indicators that can reflect the ability of movement in kinematics.
For each test result, the system will mark the problem area of body and give a reference score for reference. It can also send the results and guidance training videos to the tester's through email. The whole test process requires the users to do three squats, which can be completed in 30 seconds.
